I don’t know how many times I have seached the internet for my defination of a step-by-step way to make money online.
I have said to several of my internet buddies that I have learned so much about a lot of things that it takes to get started but when it comes to putting it all together is where I get lost. The technical stuff has stopped me so many times.
Well now I can truly say I have found the step-by-step video course that I can follow. And it is FREE! Chris Farrell is like a breath of fresh air in the internet marketing world. His video course was like a goldmine to me. He truly has a skill for teaching and I feel like I am now getting out of that sea of confusion and information overload. :)
I watched the free video course and could not stop. It felt so good to be able to watch a video, pause, and then do. I could watch the video again if I needed to and when it came to setting up my auto-responder that is what I had to do…..but I GOT it! I did not have to get aggravated and give up again like I had in the past. (more times than I want to share).
Now I am excited once again and feel like I can do it! I did even join his monthly membership after a while and have not been disapointed for one minute. He has a couple of day to day courses, 21 Days To Success is one the his newest course is about getting traffic to your website. Awesome stuff!

Can Your Really Create Your Own Website By 3:45 This Afternoon?
I have recently came across an awesome website that I want to share with you. It is Chris Farrell’s Membership Site. Who is Chris Farrell you ask? That is exactly what I said when I heard his name!
There are many online experts that are genuine and Chris is one of them. I have been watching his step by step videos and have actually been able to do many of the technical things that have kept me from moving forward. Chris leaves nothing out!
His videos are step by step for any beginner to get a website online. He tells you the three things that you must have, a domain name, a hosting account and an auto responder. With that being said, he has a video on each of those and exactly how to get started.
I have been working online for a while now, have this blog up and can post just fine, but when it comes to putting ads on the blog and so many other things, I have just not been able to figure it out.
Chris’s site is just what I needed to really boost me in the right direction! I am a “show me” person, and there are videos all over the internet that are helpful, but with Chris’s membership site, they are all in one place and in order of what you need to do.
Go check him out, and please let me know what you think! Especially if you are a beginner and having problems with getting a squeeze page set up, and your autoresponder put on your site, you will be glad you did! The amount of time he has spent making step by step, easy to follow videos is unreal!
Staying Motivated After A Live Event
It has once again been a while since I have posted on my blog. The time since the Niche Affiliate Marketing System workshop has been a busy one for me. Putting into action what I learned while there has been fun, and continues to be a challenge on some days. Taking action is the most important and that is what I have been doing!
One of the things that I feel is important when starting something new is being involved with like-minded people. This has been a big help for me since the workshop to help me reach my goals. I have been participating in a master-mind group with some of the ones that I met at NAMS. We have a Facebook group where we go and post our goals, ideas as well as ask for help on something that we may be having a problem with.
Our group meets on a call once a week and each has a turn to tell the others what they have accomplished toward their goals and the group offers suggestions to help move each other towards that goal. Being able to stay in touch is a great way thing because being accountable and seeing the progress of each person is very motavating.
If you are involved in a forum, this is another way to learn and get help from others. There are many good people that are willing to look at what you are doing and offer help when needed. We have to remember that everyone was a beginner at one time. Often just getting the courage to put a post out there with a question is all you need. After you pass your milestone, be sure to continue visiting the forum to give back to others. If you do not have the knowledge to offer help just encouraging others can be more help that you realize.
I just read a post that Willie Crawford made about just how important going to a live event can be. The “gurus” as a lot of people call them, are more than willing to talk with anyone at a live event and share their knowledge and expertise. The secret as Willie says is getting to know, like and trust someone. I have heard that very same thing lately from other marketers. Getting to know people at one of these events is very easy and many genuine friendships have been formed. Whether it be on Twitter, email or mastermind calls, it is up to you to keep that motivation going. Action is the word! Don’t be afraid to be the one to reach out and start that friendship, it will help to keep you motivated.
Niche Affiliate Marketing System workshop was awesome!
Last weekend I was at the Niche Affiliate Marketing System workshop in Atlanta, Ga. The workshop was put on by David Perdew, an absolutely fabulous man with a big heart and a big desire to help people get started online and live their dream as he is.
David put a huge amount of effort into the workshop before it started by making videos and popping in at Lynn Terry’s blog to answer questions and share resources to assure that people were ready to get started when they arrived in Atlanta. The workshop was a hands on, very different from the typical seminar where you listen to speakers then rush to the back of the room to buy their product.
David had some of the top people in the internet marketing industry Wille Crawford, Lynn Terry, Jeff Herring, Alex Sysoef, Mark Hendricks there to share with the group their ideas, tips, and secrets in a way that made you feel like you knew them, even if you did not. Each and every one of the speakers are successful internet marketers, making a full time living from home, more than most people make with a real job. They were very approachable and down to earth after the meetings and more than willing to share and help anyone.
Today, I am going to to do some of the things that I learned while there. I have made a list of three things that I want to accomplish, and as Lynn says, I am going to put my blinders on and continue til I finish! After I have accomplished some of this, I will share it here on my blog. I can’t wait, now that I have a plan and know that it is totally possible!

Affiliate Marketing, How To Make It Work
When looking at all the different ways to make money online, I first decided on affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is basically promoting another person or company’s product on your website or blog and being paid a commission when it sells. This is what a lot of people do because there are thousands of products that can be sold, and with affiliate marketing, you do not have to store or ship any products.
One of the places to find a lot of the products to promote is Clickbank. If you do not have an account there, it is very easy to sign up. There are guides, ebooks, software, etc. to promote on your website or blog. You will be able to see what commission will be paid for each item, as you choose.
It is very important that you have your own webhost to promote affiliate products. The one that I have found to be very reasonable as well as an excellent online support is Hostgator. You are able to have more than one domain for the same price. Another plus for Hostgator is you are able to install a wordpress blog with just one click.
After getting your blog or website up and running with affiliate products for sale, the fun part is getting traffic to your site. :) There are several ways to do this without spending a lot of money. Article marketing is one that will be easy if you are writing about something that you really like. This will take time but will be time well spent. There are many great directories but one to get started with is EzineArticles.
Mail list marketing is very popular way to get traffic to your site. Many successful affiliates have a weekly or monthly newsletter that is sent out to customers that have previously opted in to your mailing list. If you do not have a newsletter, it is a great way to stay in touch with your customers and offer new products that are out.
If you visit forums in your niche, using a forum signature at the bottom of you post is another way to be seen. Do not just jump in on forums and advertise, as this is not appreciated. Many of these forums have long time members that are willing to help you out after they get to know you.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) marketing is where you purchase advertising on sites such as Google or Yahoo. This is something that you really need to learn about before using unless you have a pocket full of money. It is by far the best and fastest way, but the cost can go up before you realize it if you are not familar with doing this.
Hopefully this has give you an idea of how to get started in affiliate marketing. There are many helpful sites on the internet to get detailed information on this. Just keep doing something daily and you will get closer to your dream!
Niche Affiliate Marketing System, A Hands On Workshop
I have been to one live event in the internet marketing world and it was Willie Crawford’s Bootcamp last year. It was a real learning experience and was fantastic. I feel lucky enough to live near Willie and had met him at an informal meet-up he had. He is so genuine, and when the opportunity to go to his bootcamp came up, I was elated.
At the end of this month, I will be attending another live event in Atlanta. It is different from any of the ones that I have seen advertised as it is a hands on workshop. It is being put on by David Perdew who I first met at TIMIC, which is Willie Crawford’s Internet Marketing Inner Circle.
I started following David, as I could see he was another real person that was there to teach and help people learn how to make their dream of working from home happen. When I saw the announcement about the NicheAffiliateMarketingSystem I knew I had to be there! I am a “show me” person and this is what this workshop will be.
David has not only invited Willie, but Lynn Terry another one of the people that I have followed and have trust in. She is an awesome person and gives so much to anyone willing to learn!
Today I listed to David interview Jeff Herring, the Article Marketing Guy on Blogtalk radio. I was very impressed with the information he shared and can’t wait to meet him in Atlanta too!
There will be even more very successful marketers that I will be talking about later on this blog. David will be interviewing them each before the workshop this week and from what I have seen so far, he has chosen nothing but the best, people with integrity, skills and a willingness to give.

Reflecting On My Life in 2008 And Looking Forward to 2009
As I sit here in my living room, just me and the hubby on this New Year’s Eve, I have been reflecting on the blessings of 2008.
There were times during the year that I did not feel this way. Maybe not so much that I wasn’t blessed but things happening in my life and the lives of my closest family members that I did not want to have to go thru.
The main thing was my daughter-in-law having brain surgery to remove a section of her brain that was causing seizures. She had to have this done in Gainesville Fl., which is a six hour drive from our home. She really went thru a rough time and I am so grateful tonight that she is doing good.
I know that life has no guarantees. This really hit home when my husband’s close and favorite nephew fell off of a building helping a friend rebuild their house that was destroyed by a hurricane. He was killed instantly….We just had to keep saying that he was doing something he wanted to do, and he did not suffer, that is what got us through that.
I know that when things are not the way I want them, I just have to feel my feelings and get to acceptance. It is ok to be angry or sad, but I know if I hang on to these negative feelings, I am not going to get to acceptance. Looking for the good in every situation always helps.
Reciting the Serenity Prayer is another way that I get thru whatever is going on. Sometimes, I even have to say it outloud so I can really hear it. The courage to change the things I can…..I know today that the only thing I can change is me and my attitude. Most times that is all that it takes. What a blessing it is just to know that.
There have been a lot of changes at my job of over 21 years. Some of these changes are good, and some are ones that I do not like. The good in this situation is that I have a job. This has been a year where so many people have lost their job. Once again I am blessed.
I have met and made some good friends in the internet marketing world. I was able to attend Willie Crawford’s Bootcamp in July and it was a great experience. I will be attending my second live event at the end of January in Atlanta. Willie is also a part of this as well as another one of my favorite internet marketers, Lynn Terry. This trip is going to be awesome! I am so grateful to be able to go to this. I am also grateful for my husband that says he does not mind me going, even though he does not have a clue what I am trying to do!
That is enough of my rambling for now. I send my prayers and thoughts to all people close and far, and wish everybody a new year filled with health, wealth, joy, and all the good things that this life has to offer. Just for today, I will be grateful!

Rich Schefren, Unreal Help in the Internet Marketing Business!!
Wow, I am sooo impressed with Rich Schefren! As I have said before, I follow certain people online that I feel are honest trustworthy people. Coming from Willie Crawford that Rich is one of these people, that is enough for me.
I just recently printed out Rich’s Internet Marketing Manifesto and it was so eye-opening for me. This is a fabulous report and I would suggest to anyone, newbie or seasoned marketer to take the time to read this.
Being fairly new in the online world of internet marketing, my brick wall has been the technical aspect of the business. I am a “show me” learner so videos are great for me. I have decided that better that videos is finding a technical person that I can use to get some things done that I have been struggling with. :) Yea Jean!
Although I have heard over and over about outsourcing, I have only just begun to look into it. After reading Rich’s report, this is now very important to me. I just cannot be productive with actually making money and learning to do everything that needs to be done. This is one of the things that slapped me in the face after reading Manifesto.
